How to prepare STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE is a refreshing tasty healthy drink to recharge your energy levels. Milkshakes are generally made very quickly and as we all know the taste is awesome. Quickly made healthy drinks are everyone's favourite. In some places it's also called Velvet shake/Red velvet shake.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Frozen strawberries -  10 numbers 
  • → Milk - 2 cups
  • → Flavoured water/water - 1/2 cup
  • → Sugar (optional) - 1/4 cup
  • → Ice cubes - 5 numbers
  • → Cashew nuts - 10 numbers 
  • → Almonds - 6-7 numbers 
  • → Ice cream/ whipped cream - 1 cup
  • → Vanilla essence (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon 

Preparation:

   1. Take the blending jar then add frozen strawberries, blend them by adding milk, flavoured water, sugar (optional), until all the strawberries are totally mashed up and mixed well with the milk.
   2. Add strawberry flavoured ice cream if possible otherwise vanilla or butterscotch ice cream, vanilla essence,to the blending jar, blend until you get nice creamy texture and color. 
   3. Take the glass, dip it in the sugar powder or sprinkles thenadd ice cubes, dry fruits into it after that pour the milkshake into the glass, on the top add whipped cream/ice cream and garnish the glass with half sliced strawberry.
   4. Finally the yummy tasty healthy drink is ready to serve.

Tip of the day: If you want your strawberries to be fresh for along time cut the stem or remove the stem and freeze them in the refrigerator. In strawberries there's lot calcium in it. If your strawberries are sweet and fresh no need of adding sugar.
