Tip of the day: If you are using a non-stick ponganalu pan no need to apply oil but if you are using normal pan apply oil before pouring the batter and from the top after pouring the batter. To flip you can use a spoon, fork, tooth pick. To get nice fluffy ponganalu mix the batter nicely and use sour beaten curd that helps in aeration and puffing of your ponganalu.
