Tips for your kitchen:
3. RIDGE GOURD: This is very healthy vegetable but peeling the skin totally removes all the vitamins in it so better peel it roughly with spoon, with that skin make chutney it will be so delicious and healthy. This way ridge gourd tastes delicious, you can avoid over cooking and even cooked faster.
4. GREEN CHILIES: This spice is very much used in South Indian dishes but storing this becomes tough sometimes it will spoiled fast so to avoid it, when you bought them just cut or remove stem part and store them. Sometimes while cutting them hands get rashes, redness, etc., so to avoid that before cutting apply oil/ghee to your hands and while washing wash with salt first then with water there will be no harm to your hands.
5. BOTTLE GOURD: This vegetable has lot of water in it and very good in summer. Skin also has lot of nutritional values removing skin, cooking bottle gourd can loss the nutritional values so to get that nutritional values into your recipe peel roughly with spoon and cook it this can make your cooking process faster.

CAULIFLOWER: Cooking cauliflower is easy but there will be small white insects on it which cannot be seen to remove that insects first give a nice tap on the top if any insects are present on the top they will be removed then boil it separately by adding 2-3 teaspoons of turmeric into it and boil for 15 mins by putting it upside down this way the insects will be completely removed.

1. ONIONS: There are many ways to cut onions without crying.
→ The first and easiest way put them in the refrigerator for 20 mins before cutting this way you can avoid crying.
→ Cut top, bottom and put them in water.
→ Cut the onions in the middle, put the onion horizontal and cut it in the vertical direction this can avoid crying.
→ While cutting chewing bubble gum can also avoid crying.
→ Lid a candle or switch on the stove and cut the onion.
→ put the knife in the hot water or heat the knife and cut them.
2. CABBAGE: Sometimes we get the smell of cabbage so to avoid that smell while cooking add some turmeric, salt and steam cook it or add bay leaf/white vinegar/lemon juice add any of them and cook it this way you can avoid the smell of cabbage while eating.
