How to make VEGETARIAN MANCHURIA

VEGETARIAN MANCHURIA is very famous fast food recipe which is originated from Chinese cuisine. This recipe is loved by everyone which tastes very yummy. It made with very simple ingredients cabbage, carrot (this are the basic ingredients). Kids generally don't like carrot this way they will eat and enjoy. Manchurian balls so yummy that you can eat then after frying.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → cabbage - 1 cup
  • → Carrot - 1 cup
  • → Onions - 1/4 cup
  • → Ginger and garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
  • → Garlic - 5-6 numbers
  • → Ginger - 1 small piece 
  • → Cornflour - 2 teaspoons
  • → Plain flour (maida) - 1/4 cup
  • → Green chilli - 5-6 numbers 
  • → soya sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • → tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons 
  • → salt to taste
  • → oil for deep fry

Preparation:

   1. Take a plate, finely grate the cabbage, carrot, squeeze the excess water and transfer it into the bowl.
   2. In a mixing bowl add green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, salt and mix well. According to consistency add plain flour (maida), cornflour, make it into a dough.
   3. Heat the oil in a pan for deep fry.
   4. Take the dough, make into small dumplings and after the oil is hot enough fry the dumplings on a slow flame till they turn golden brown color.
   5. Heat some oil in a pan then add onions, garlic, ginger, saute it for 2mins then dilute soya sauce, tomato sauce, cornflour in separate bowls with water then add it into oil and mix well, add mancurian balls to the sauce mixture keep the lid on it for 2mins.
    6. Finally yummy delicious vegetarian manchuria is ready to enjoy.

Serves 30 lemon sized pieces
