MALIDA LADDU/ROTI KA LADDU is a delicious sweet made in Telangana during navaratri festival. It is also famous in Central Asia, it is traditional food for them. It can be made with two flours in Telangana generally made with rice flour but in other states they make with wheat flour. It is very tasty sweet which I personally love this. It is very easy recipe can be made in few minutes with very simple ingredients.

Serves 20 laddu's

Cooking time: 15 mins
Preparation time: 5 mins
Total time: 20 mins

Tip of the day: Heating water is optional you can add water directly and mix like roti dough but don't make it into hard because if you make the dough hard roti's will be hard the laddu's don't taste good so make the dough soft. Don't turn the roti's black that spoils the taste of laddu. While tearing roti's if you feel that they are hard better blend them that also gets the same taste and even saves the time.
