OATS PARATHA is a healthy recipe. As we know oats is very healthy for heart and helps in weight loss. This is made with simple ingredients. Everyone wants to eat oats but eating only in one way is boring so try this recipe and have a energetic, healthy breakfast.
Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
- → Oats - 1/2 cup
- → Wheat flour - 1 cup
- → Curd (optional) - 2-3 cups
- → Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons or
- Green chilies - 5-6 numbers
- → Curry leaves (optional) - 1 bunch
- → Coriander leaves (optional) - 1 bunch
- → Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- → Ginger & garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- → Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
- → Amchoor powder - 1 teaspoon
- → Oil/ghee/butter - 2 teaspoons
- → Salt to taste
- → Water
Preparation:
1. Take a bowl then add wheat flour, salt, oil (optional), mix well into nice smooth dough, apply oil and keep aside for 15-20mins.
2. Take a bowl add oats, red chili powder or green chilies, coriander powder, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala, amchoor powder, mix them then add curd, water then mix into dough and keep aside.
3. Take a lemon a size ball dumplings, roll into poori size, take the oats dough, take small dumplings, seal them, roll into nice big size roti.
4. Heat the pan then cook the roti on both sides by applying oil.
5. Finally the yummy delicious healthy oats paratha is ready to serve. You can enjoy it with curd, pickle and chutney.

Tip of the day: If you are serving for kids add cheese, carrot, onions, in the oats mixture and stuff it in the roti, this way kids can also enjoy this recipe and it's healthy yummy recipe.
