How to make RAGI CHOCOLATE LADDU

RAGI CHOCOLATE LADDU is made with very simple ingredients, ragi flour (Finger millet) and chocolate. This recipe is loved by kids because it is so yummy, delicious and also it has lot of nutrition values. It helps in weight loss. It can be stored for 2-3 weeks, you can also store it in refrigerator for 3-4 weeks. There's no change in taste they will be as yummy and fresh as first day.

Ingredients needed:
( 1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Ragi (Finger millet) flour - 1 cup
  • → Cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon 
  • → Ghee - 3-4 teaspoons 
  • → Almonds (Baddam)- 10 numbers
  • → Kishmish (Raisins) - 5-6 numbers
  • → Cashew nuts - 10 numbers 
  • → Sugar/Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • → cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon 
Preparation:

   1. Take a pan, add 3-4 teaspoons of ghee, fry cashew nuts, almonds, raisins for garnishing.
   2. In the same pan add ragi flour and fry the till the raw flour is gone, transfer into plate and let it cool down.
   3. Take a jar and add cashew nuts, almonds, if interested you can add your own dry fruits and make powder.
   4. In a pan add sugar let it melt after melting add ragi flour, make it like a dough, switch of the flame then add dry fruits powder, cocoa powder, cardamom powder and mix well.
   5. Make to lemon sized balls or any shape which you love to it.
   6. Garnish it with coconut powder, sprinkles and also fried cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and other dry fruits.
   7. Finally your yummy RAGI CHOCOLATE LADDU is ready to eat, serve it in a plate or bowl, children love this yummy sweet delight  which has lot of nutrition value and keeps them energetic.
