Cooking time: 10mins
Preparation time: 5mins
Total time: 15mins
Tip of the day: To get better taste of cauliflower or if you don't like raw vegetables. After grating or blending the cauliflower put it in the hot water with salt and turmeric for 5mins this helps in removing the raw flavours of cauliflower and the taste of gobi paratha increases and becomes so soft.
