There are two types of folding 👇

Serves 20 samosas

Cooking time: 10 mins
Preparation time: 10 mins
Total time: 20 mins

Tip of the day: If you like raw onions you can add it directly or if you like cooked onions just heat the oil in a pan then add some spices, onions and cook it for 2-3 mins then let it cool down and add it as a stuffing in samosa. Flattened rice is used to absorb moisture present in the onions and this makes the stuffing so yummy and tasty. To get crispy samosa fry the samosas twice, first type fry them 2 mins, remove them and second time fry them until they turn into golden colour, this way they stay crispy for longer time.
