How to prepare DRY FRUITS LADDU

DRY FRUITS LADDU a tasty, yummy, healthy laddu can be made easily with very simple ingredients. This laddu is very famous and available everywhere. This laddu is made with all dry fruits available in your home. It is also called as NAVARATAN LADDU.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
  • → Almonds - 1/4 cup
  • → Raisins - 10 numbers 
  • → Dates - 1/4 cup
  • → Sugar/jaggery - 5-6 teaspoons 
  • → Walnuts - 5 numbers
  • → Pistachio - 1/4 cup
  • → Watermelon seeds - 15 numbers 
  • → Poppy seeds - 10 teaspoons 
  • → Ghee - 3 teaspoons 

Preparation:

   1. Heat the ghee in a pan then add cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, walnuts and roast until they turn into golden color. Dry roast poppy seeds then transfer them into a bowl.
   2. Remove the seeds from the dates then put them in the hot water for 10 minutes.
   3. Take the blending jar add dates blend until it becomes into small pieces then add sugar, blend once and transfer them into dry fruits bowl add poppy seeds, other dry fruits.
   4. Mix everything until it becomes like a dough then make small balls. Garnish it coconut powder and serve them.
   5. Finally tasty yummy healthy dry fruits laddu is ready to enjoy.

Tip of the day: If your dry fruits laddu is breaking add some sugar syrup/jaggery syrup and mix well. If laddu's are very smooth add corn flakes into it this makes into perfect consistency and crispy texture while eating laddu's.
