NEER DOSA a special mangalore recipe for festivals. This recipe also made in south India for their breakfast but you can make this recipe instantly. This recipe is made with 2 ingredients and tastes very yummy.
INGREDIENTS (1 cup = 200grams)
- → Rice flour - 1 cup
- → Onions - 1/4 cup
- → Green chilies - 3 numbers or
- red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- → Carrot grated - 1/4 cup
- → Beaten curd - 1/4 cup
- → Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
- → Salt to taste
- → Water
- → Oil
PREPARATION
1. Take a bowl then add rice flour, beaten curd, salt, baking soda, water then make the batter into lassi like consistency.
2. Heat the pan then pour the batter cook it on a low flame. When it is cooked then the dosa comes up and it also changes colour.
3. Serve it with pickle or green chutney or any sweet chutney.
4. Finally the tasty neer dosa is ready to serve. In mangalore they generally serve with melted jaggery.

You can also make the batter thick and make dosas but the traditional way is making the batter very loosely and split it on the pan then cook it as usual dosa but don't make it golden colour.
