How to prepare BISCUIT CAKE

BISCUIT CAKE a cake which can be made without using oven the other name for it is NO BAKE BISCUIT CAKE. It's very easy cake which kids also can make this yummy cake with in few minutes with very simple ingredients. This cake will be loved by everyone and the taste is very very yummy, creamy, delicious dessert.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Unsalted biscuits - 20-30 numbers 
  • → Chocolate biscuits - 15 numbers
  • → Butter - 3 teaspoons 
  • → Cashew nuts - 10 numbers
  • → Almonds - 10 numbers 
  • → Walnuts - 5 numbers
  • → Milk - 1 cup
  • → Whipped cream - 1/4 cup
  • → Chocolate - 1/4 cup
  • → Cocoa powder - 3 teaspoons 
  • → Sugar - 10 teaspoons 

Preparation:

   1. Heat the milk then add chocolate/ chocolate pieces into it and melt completely.
   2. Take a bowl crumble the biscuits into it, then add milk slowly, sugar powder, cocoa powder, other dry fruits and mix well until everything mixes well.
   3. Take the cake mould or any bowl then pour the mixture, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
   4. Heat a pan then add butter after it melts then add chocolate, whipped cream, sugar and make it into ganache.
   5. Remove the cake from refrigerator then pour the ganache on the top and garnish it with fresh cream, sprinkles, dry fruits of your choice.
   6. Finally the yummy delicious cake is ready to serve and enjoy with family and impress your guests.

Tip of the day: You can add the dry fruits directly or roasted in butter. If you wanted to get the cake smoothly without sticking to the pan apply butter to the pan or add butter paper in the base. If you want to get the slices without sticking to knife dip the knife in hot water and then cut the pieces.
