How to cut FRUITS - part 1

Tips for your kitchen:

Today we will see tips on easiest and fastest ways of cutting fruits.

   1. APPLE: Eating apple is very healthy and it also has lot of nutritions. Cutting Apple this days became easier using Apple cutters available in the market but if don't have an apple cutter you can slice it easily without getting seeds. 
   → Using knife cut the edges, 2 inches away from the center as shown this way also you can cut the apple without getting seeds.
   → Discoloring of Apple is another big problem to solve this you can apply lime juice/vinegar/cold water to the sliced apples then you can leave it they will not change the color. If you wanted to eat them in your lunch box apply lime juice then tie the pieces together using elastic bands/rubber bands and put them in the box.

   2. BANANA: It helps in digestion, when you add this into your puddings or fruit salad it taste delicious and it is compulsory fruit in fruit salads. When your cutting it for salad it sticks to knife and hands so to avoid that use this tips.
   → Take a needle/fork then check the width with the needle, the width of the banana should be less than the needle then pass it through the banana, make the slices and open the banana eat the slices. Enjoy the banana without sticking to your hands.

   3. ORANGE: Peeling the slices without spilling the juice out is tough. There's a easy way to peel the orange. 
   → Cut the top and bottom of the orange then cut in the middle and remove them you'll get the slices separated from the peel. Using this trick impress your guests and family members.


   4. MANGO: Everyone loves mango but eating or adding it salads or making juices cutting the pieces is big task but there is easy way of cutting into slices and making juice without wasting mangoes.
   → slice sides of the mangoes then take a big glass then run the pieces of mango through the glass then cut the pieces into cubes and add into your dishes.
   → Take the sliced side pieces of mangoes then cut into cube shapes the press from bottom then cut using knife you'll get nice cube shaped slices.


   5. AVOCADO: This is very tasty fruit with lot of nutritions. Cutting is little tough because without getting seed into the pieces is big task so there is easy of cutting and you can reuse the seed for planting.
   → Run the knife through avocado then just give it twist with your hands then it will break into two pieces, there will be seed in the middle take the knife press it on the seed and lift the knife you'll get the seed along with the knife.
   → Take the avocado piece cut the pieces using knife then scoop them with spoon and your cube shaped avocado pieces are ready to eat and serve.
