BANANA ICE CREAM a special delight for this Dussera. Everyone loves ice creams and home made ice creams are very delicious. Enjoy the delicious ice cream with your family members, make this awesome ice cream for the festival. It is very easy to make what you all need is a blender and refrigerator. This delicious ice cream can used in sandwiches, puddings and etc., the taste is so yummy, if your kids don't love to eat banana serve them in this way they will enjoy this ice cream and they can't identify that it's banana.
Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
- → Banana - 5-6 numbers
- → Whole milk - 1/4 cup
- → Chocolate chips (optional) - 1/2 cup
- → Sprinkles (optional) - 1/4 cup
- → Sugar - 5 teaspoons
- → Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- → Cashew nuts (optional) - 10 numbers
- → Pistachio (optional) - 6 numbers
- → Almond (optional) - 10 numbers
Preparation:
1. Take the bananas cut into small pieces then freeze in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
2. Put the banana in the blender slowly adding teaspoon milk at once until the bananas turn into nice smooth shinny paste.
3. Add chocolate chips/chocolate chips, vanilla essence, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, sugar then blend them once again.
4. Transfer them in small bowls or cup cake moulds or transfer the whole paste into big bowl and put them in freezer for 6-8 hours.
5. Scoop the ice cream then garnish it with caramel or chocolate serum or sprinkles.
6. Finally it's ready to enjoy, serve it cool and enjoy with your family members for this festival.

Tip of the day: If you like creamy texture for your ice cream you can add whipped cream. Don't blend at high speed, blend it slowly step by step and make into smooth shiny paste. If your banana mixture not becoming thick then add condensed milk and mix once and freeze for more 2 hours then it starts thickening.
