GREEN CHUTNEY a tasty and healthy chutney can be served with any rice items or for any breakfast recipes and for snack recipes also. It can be made with very simple ingredients and with in few minutes. In restaurants they use this frequently for most of there recipes to get nice taste.
Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
- → Coriander leaves - 2 bunches
- → Green chilli - 5 numbers
- → Garlic cloves - 6 numbers
- → Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
- → Mint leaves (optional) - 1/4 cup
- → Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Take the blending jar then add all the ingredients in it, blend them nicely like smooth paste.
2. That's it the tasty healthy green chutney is ready to serve and enjoy.

Tip of the day: While blending add water if necessary but don't make into watery like chutney. Store it in a air tight container and It can be stored for 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. If you like more spicy then add more green chillies. You can add onions in the chutney while blending but by adding the chutney will not be stored for more days.
