How to prepare CHOCOLATE CAKE in cooker

CHOCOLATE CAKE everyone's favorite cake. Welcome this new year with this delicious cake that too no bake and no egg is it interesting. Some people want to eat eggless cakes but everywhere they make cakes using eggs so from no problem make
yummy delicious cakes at your home without using eggs and oven.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Plain flour/maida - 1 cup
  • → Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • → Baking soda - 1 teaspoon 
  • → Yougurt/curd/buttermilk - 1/4 cup
  • → Baking powder - 1 teaspoon 
  • → Milk - 1/2 cup
  • → Cocoa powder - 2-3 teaspoons 
  • → Butter - 1/4 cup
  • → Choco chips or chocolate bars - 1/4 cup
  • → Salt or sand - 2-3 cups

PREPARATION:

   1. In a pressure cooker add salt or sand at the bottom and put a ring in the middle, cover it with the lid and make sure that you remove the whistle and keep the flame at medium at about 10-15 mins.
   2. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients then mix once.
   3. Add butter, yogurt, milk one by one and mix well until the ingredients mixes with each other and see that there should be no lumps in the batter.
   4. Take any aluminum or any tin or bowl grease it with butter or you can even add butter paper to it. Then pour the batter into it and tap it once to remove the air bubbles inside.
   5. Place the tin on the ring and cook it on a medium flame for about 25-30 mins.
   6. Check it using a toothpick if the toothpick comes clean then it's perfectly cooked.
   7. Demould the cake and garnish it using choco chips or chocolate ganache or cocoa powder or icing sugar or sprinkles of your choice.

Tip of the day: To get fluffy cake add baking powder just before baking and mix once then cook it you'll get fluffy cake. The consistency of batter should be like dosa batter if it's too tight add milk or if it is too tho add some flour to bring to the perfect consistency. Don't pour thin layer of salt that can burn your cake. Don't put the flame at high or low maintain it at medium and get yummy delicious cake at your home.
