Serves 10 uthappam's

Cooking time: 15 mins
Preparation time: 8 hours 20 mins
Total time: 8 hours 35 mins

Tip of the day: While adding poha don't add the thin poha because it sometimes becomes too soft and sticks to the pan and becomes big problem so be careful while choosing it. The measurement of poha should be perfect otherwise they'll not be fluffy if you add more poha than required they'll stick to pan if you add less poha they'll be hard so follow the measurements and make awesome uthappam's. Don't soak the poha in water that will not taste good and your uthappam's will not be spongy.
