Tips for your kitchen:

Today we will see tips on storing vegetables

   1. BEETROOT: It is very healthy vegetable eating at least 3 slices of beetroot helps in increasing your blood levels and also purifies blood. Beetroot dries out easily so from now there's no problem follow this tip and keep them fresh for longer time.
   - Wrap them in a plastic bag, storing them in a paper creates moisture and that leads in spoiling of beetroot. Beetroot doesn't need any moisture so from next time store them in plastic bag or in any airtight container.

   2. CABBAGE: It is available everywhere and anytime. It is easily cooked vegetable. While storing the outer leaf will dry faster and at once we cannot use the whole cabbage and we try to store it so here is the tip to store cabbage.
   - Wrap it in the plastic bag tightly so that air should not pass through it and keep it away from sunlight. Moisture spoils the cabbage faster so don't put it in a paper bag.
   - If you are using half of the cabbage cut it in horizontal direction, use the upper part and leave the stem part this keeps the cabbage fresh and in the same way store the remaining cabbage in a plastic bag or in a airtight container.

   3. CAULIFLOWER: It is also easily available vegetable in anytime. Many varieties can be made using cauliflower, with any combination it tastes awesome and yummy.
   - It needs moisture so wrap it in a wet cloth and store it in refrigerator so that your cauliflower will be fresh for longer time.
   - If you wanted to use some of the cauliflower, don't cut the stem part cut the small flower stems and use them and the remaining cauliflower should be wrapped in a wet cloth.

   4. CUCUMBER: It is a seasonal vegetable mostly available in summer. It has lot water in it and is very healthy. Due to heat in summer they dry out faster so here is the tip.
   - Store it in the plastic bag or airtight container
