Serves 10-12 dosas

Cooking time: 5 mins
Preparation time: 10 mins
Total time: 15 mins

Tip of the day: You can even dry roast the oats for better taste. The dosa pan should be hot otherwise they won't be cooked perfectly. If your batter is too thin then add rice flour to your batter that will thickens your batter. If you like soft dosas you can add maida instead of rice flour. This dosas takes little extra time than normal dosas so don't be in a hurry wait until they get nice golden color.
