How to make INSTANT OATS UTHAPPAM/ PANCAKE

INSTANT OATS UTHAPPAM/ PANCAKE a healthy breakfast for your busy mornings. We all love instant foods, healthy food, tasty food. We usually don't find breakfast which are healthy, tasty, if we get them they'll take lot of time to cook but here is the instant yummy and that too healthy breakfast to safe your life and time.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)

   → Plain oats - 1 cup
   → Sooji/ semolina/ rava - 1/2 cup
   → Yogurt/ curd/ buttermilk - 1/2 cup
   → Onions - 1 number
   → Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
   → Baking soda - 1 teaspoon 
   → Veggies (optional) - 1/4 cup
   → Water 
   → salt to taste
   → Oil for roasting 

PREPARATION:

   1. In a blending jar add oats then blend into smooth powder.
   2. In a mixing bowl add blended oats, sooji, baking soda, salt, mix well now add yogurt and mix well by adding some water make into dosa batter consistency and keep aside for 10 mins.
   3. Heat the dosa pan now pour the batter, add oil on the corners, cover it with and cook it for 2-3 mins on a slow flame.
   4. Your yummy healthy OATS PANCAKES are ready to serve. You can enjoy them with chutney, pickle or curd, sambar, it goes excellent with any combination.

Total time: 20 mins

Tip of the day: If you like crispness you can add 2-3 teaspoons of rice flour. If you don't have time to make chutney you can add chili powder or green chilies into the batter and make uthappam's. If your serving for kids add more veggies into it so that they get proteins.
