PANEER KULCHA a tasty yummy and famous Indian bread. Almost in every restaurant you have seen and ate but as you all know eating outside food is not healthy so make this yummy kulcha at your home. What you all need are very simple ingredients and a little patience. Come on let's start our procedure and make paneer kulcha.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)

For kulcha:
   → All purpose flour/ Maida - 1 cup
   → Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
   → Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
   → Salt to taste
   → Sugar - 1 teaspoon
   → Yogurt - 1/4 cup
   → Oil/butter - 1/4 cup
For filling:
   → Paneer - 1/2 cup
   → Onions - 1/4 cup
   → Green chillies - 6 numbers
   → Carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
→ Ginger and garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
   → Salt to taste
   → Oil for roasting

PREPARATION:

   1. In a mixing bowl add maida, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda then mix all them together.
   2. In another bowl add oil, yogurt and beat them now add this into the dry ingredients, mix well using water if needed and make them into soft and smooth dough.
   3. Knead the dough for 5-10 mins nicely such that everything mixes well and the dough should not stick to your hands. Cover it wet cloth and rest it for 2 hours.
   4. In a bowl add all the filling ingredients then mix them by adding little water, oil into it and make them into dough.
   5. Take the dough make ball sized dumplings then roll it and stuff the paneer mixture into it. Roll it into nice thick roti such that the stuffing should not come outside.
   6. Heat a tawa which is very thick now roast the kulcha one side, now flip the tawa and try to cook it directly to the flame (you can even use pulka method to roast the kulcha), roast until you see the black spots appear on it (roast it on a medium flame).
   7. You can even use pressure cooker to roast kulcha. Take the pressure cooker and now flip the cooker and let the heat pass into the cooker when it is hot, put the kulcha inside it and roast it for 2-3 mins and remove it and repeat the process. After roasting them apply oil/butter/ghee and serve hot. That's it your favourite and yummy kulcha's are ready to enjoy.
Try it and do let me know in the comment section.

Serves 4 kulcha's

Cooking time: 10 mins
Preparation time: 2hours 20 mins
Total time: 2 hours 30 mins

Tip of the day:  If you are using pressure cooker method be careful while putting kulcha inside the cooker use any microwave gloves or cloth otherwise your hands will be burnt. If you are a beginner start with pulka roasting method use pulka stand to roast kulcha that will be easy and taste almost similar to restaurant style and even easy to make and impress your family members. Don't make kulcha's into thin they don't taste good and don't make into too thick it will be difficult to cook inside the kulcha. Instead of milk you can even use Luke warm milk to mix the dough.
