How to prepare WHITE SAUCE PASTA

WHITE SAUCE PASTA a very yummy and tasty recipe which kids love a lot. In supermarkets we usual find white sauce pasta bottles but they are not good for health so avoid buying at supermarkets instead make it at home and enjoy.
Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)

   → Penne Pasta - 1 1/2 cup
   → Maida/All purpose flour - 2 teaspoons 
   → Butter - 1 cube
   → Crushed pepper - 1 teaspoon 
   → Chilli flakes - 2 teaspoons 
   → Milk - 1/2 cup
   → Veggies (optional) - 1/4 cup
   → Water - 3 cups
   → Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

   1. Boil water then add pasta into it and boil for 10-15 mins.
   2. Heat another pan add butter when the butter starts to melt add Maida then keep mixing until the raw flavour is gone. Switch off the flame, now add warm milk into it (little by little) and keep mixing until you get the sauce texture.
   3. Now add crushed pepper, boiled veggies, chilli flakes, salt and mix well.
   4. Add boiled pasta into it and mix once.
   5. Your yummy tasty pasta is ready to serve. Serve hot and enjoy with your family and friends.

Tip of the day: If your serving for kids skip the chilli flakes. If you like to add raw veggies you can add them in the butter and cook it for 2-3 mins. If you like juicy and creamy pasta add more milk and make it creamy as required. Do not add salt or oil while boiling pasta.
