How to prepare PEANUT BUTTER AT HOME

PEANUT BUTTER at home that sounds very interesting right. Peanut butter is very healthy and tasty. Everyone loves peanut butter and enjoy the taste with bread that gives more energy. Eating peanut butter in the early morning gives lot of energy and removes laziness. You can store this in a air tight container for 3-4 weeks.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Peanuts - 1 cup
  • → Salt - 1 teaspoon 
  • → Sugar - 1 teaspoon 
  • → Peanut oil (or) butter - 4 teaspoons 

PREPARATION:

   1. Roast the peanuts slightly then remove the skin. 
   2. In a blender add roasted peanuts then blend them on a low speed for 1-2 mins, then add salt, sugar now blend them for more 2 mins on a low speed now they try to get lumps now add oil/butter and blend until it turns into smooth paste.
   3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to get the thickness of peanut butter.
   4. Your yummy tasty and healthy peanut butter is ready to serve and enjoy it with bread.

Tip of the day: You can use salted peanuts or readymade roasted peanuts for making the process faster. Adding sugar is an optional because that brings the store bought peanut butter taste.
