How to prepare EGGLESS CARAMEL CUSTARD

EGGLESS CARAMEL CUSTARD it is very easy recipe which everyone love to eat. When you try to eat caramel custard, some people have a doubt that they will add egg into it and they avoid eating outside but from now you can make it eggless that to at your home with very simple ingredients. It takes very little time. Today is a Valentine's Day so make this simple eggless caramel custard to your valentine and make them happy with delicious, creamy, soft and yummy caramel custard.

Ingredients needed:
(1 cup = 200grams)
  • → Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • → Custard powder - 3 teaspoons 
  • → Milk - 1 cup
  • → Yogurt - 1 cup
  • → Condensed milk - 1 cup
  • → Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon 

PREPARATION:

   1. In a mixing bowl add milk, custard powder, yogurt, condensed milk, vanilla essence, sugar (2-3 teaspoons) mix well such that there should be no lumps.
   2. Heat a pan then add sugar, 3-4 teaspoons of water, cook on a slow flame until you get nice brown color, your caramel is ready now.
   3. Take any bowl, any moulds, pour the caramel into the bowl and spread evenly, pour the milk mixture into it.
   4. Pour water in a pressure cooker remove the whistle and now put the bowl into it, cook it on a medium flame for 15-20 mins.
   5. Your eggless caramel custard is ready to serve. You can even refrigerate it for 1/2 hour then eat. Enjoy it hot or cold it tastes very yummy.

Tip of the day:  While making caramel use non stick pan that will make the caramel sauce soft and can avoid burning. If you wanted to make it in a oven pour water in a big container then put the bowl in it and cook it at 375F for 45 mins that will make your caramel custard creamy, soft and yummy.
