Tip of the day: You can use any bread it depends on your health and taste with any bread you can make this yummy uthappam. If you want the bread flavor in your uthappam don't put this batter for soaking that will change the taste and the bread crumbs will mix with the batter and while eating you'll not get the flavor of bread. If you don't want the bread crumbs or flavor of bread while eating just keep aside for 10 mins then mix the batter once by adding some water to it (after soaking the bread will absorbs all the water). If you like crispness you can add more rice flour less maida otherwise use the measurements given.
